Marquetry is a carving art created by cutting and interweaving wood planks of different colors, using natural wood colors without using any dyes. Marquetry parquet is a type of parquet flooring inspired by marquetry. Marquetry parquet is produced by bonding several layers of wood together and layering thin veneers of various sizes from quality woods over them. Marquetry parquet designs are created specifically for specific applications and ground conditions. Marquetry parquet is generally composed of three layers: two layers of wood, 5-10 mm thick, and a layer of wood, 2-8 mm thick, suitable for parquet production, are glued together using a hot press, with the grains perpendicular to each other.
